1. Discover
We'll meet in person or on the phone, and I'll ask questions - lots of them. The purpose of the discovery meeting is to get 'into the weeds' of your problem, identify opportunities, and learn how you work within your business.
2. Develop
I'll send over initial ideas and letter of intent outlining the scope of work, making sure we are on the same page regarding deliverables, budget, and timelines. Once we agree on the project's direction, I'll get to work!
3. Deliver
I adapt to your business's team, processes, and needs - I'm a very adaptable worker. We'll establish meetings to update as the project is ongoing, and I'll make sure to deliver high quality deliverables, as soon as possible.
